5. Deposits
To confirm and secure a booked CozyBraids Studio appointment powered by Fresha Online, all online bookings require a minimum 18% non-refundable deposit applied towards your appointment total. Deposits are issued to CozyBraids Studio client accounts/bookings powered by Fresha Online as studio credit for eligible appointment rescheduling and cancellation where applicable. If a client or walk-in fails to attend an appointment without reasonable notice, this is considered a ‘no-show.’ Client or walk-in deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show.
6. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellations
Appointments powered by Fresha Online may be booked at least thirty minutes before the preferred start time and cancelled at least one hour before the booked start time. We will do our best to finish up your appointment within the estimated servicing time associated with the scheduled appointment but the servicing times are estimates only and may be subject to extension or reduction depending on the various factors involved with providing the specific service booked. All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least one hour before the appointment start time to avoid no-show remarks and deposit forfeiture(for online bookings). CozyBraids Studio and its employees reserve the right to reject or cancel appointments at any time, with reasonable notice or negotiation.
7. Memberships
Memberships powered by Fresha Online are limited to CozyBraids Studio Clients & are one person per session up to the maximum included number of sessions. All our Memberships powered by Fresha Online are eligible for cancellation upon request and *without a refund(verified mint membership exempt). All unused membership sessions are noted and available on the associated account for up to one years from the original purchase date after which they expire and are non-renewable, non-transferable and non-redeemable. All carryover membership sessions may be redeemed in-store or by contacting our support team. CozyBraids Studio and its employees reserve the right to reject or cancel membership enrolments at any time, with reasonable notice.
8. Packages
Our Newbie & Special packages powered by Fresha Online are special deals offered and updated every season. CozyBraids Studio packages are non-refundable. CozyBraids Studio packages or package items may be deferred for up to three consecutive sessions. CozyBraids Studio packages expire after three consecutive sessions of ‘Package Deferral’. CozyBraids Studio packages powered by Fresha Online can be redeemed instantly(online CozyBraids Studio appointment powered by Fresha Online), by in-store booking or by contacting our support team.
9. Payments
We require full or partial payment, where applicable, of any dues associated with any CozyBraids Studio Account powered by Fresha Online before any service or order is provided or fulfilled, where applicable. Payments are fulfilled at CozyBraids Studio’s same-day checkout powered by Fresha Online by Credit, Debit, Interac, our Gift Card powered by Fresha Online, or Fresha Online available payment methods. All our Memberships & Gift Cards powered by Fresha Online, services, and products require full or split payments at checkout, where applicable. CozyBraids Studio and its employees reserve the right to request your balance due at checkout, reject your preferred payment method, or reject or cancel membership enrolments at any time in-store or online, with reasonable notice.
10. Refunds
Refunds are issued as a store credit or back to the original payment method at the time of the original sale or where applicable.
11. Birthday Credit
Your birthday credit is issued as a Membership powered by Fresha Online with a free session by the end of day on the associated birthday, to the associated CozyBraids Studio account powered by Fresha Online. Birthday credit redemption is limited to existing clients with at least one previously completed session. Birthday credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-renewable, and expires upon issuance of birthday credit for the following year. Birthday credit is limited to one session per birthday per account. Birthday credit sessions may be redeemed online, in-store or by contacting our support team. Birthday credit sessions exclude extensions and extension-related services.
12. Gift Cards
CozyBraids Studio Gift Cards powered by Fresha Online a.k.a. Studio Credit, are non-refundable studio credits of cash value that can be applied towards all purchases and payments excluding Memberships.
13. Promotions
All our promotions powered by Fresha Online or any third-party affiliation are valid while the offer lasts and may be revoked at any time for any reason without notice. All CozyBraids Studio promotions are offered and redeemed through our 3rd party partner, Fresha Online. CozyBraids Studio may offer promotions on its social media pages to be redeemed at the time of booking(online/in-store) or checkout(in-store). Promotions cannot be redeemed retroactively. Return Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or as Studio Credit.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact our support team with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:
Upon confirmation of a Return/Exchange request, a delivery address will be provided in an emailed Return Instructions package.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement due to a defect. If you are eligible, we will refund or send you a replacement product, as needed.
3. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include sales and clearance or final sale items.
4. Shipping
To return the item you purchased, please mail it to the return address provided in the emailed Return Instructions or contact our support team.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware or goods during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Pickup & Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. We do our best to keep items in stock and updated on our site and Fresha Online every 24hrs. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using your original payment method from the original transaction invoice or record.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada & US. We also accept orders from international customers requesting shipping to addresses in Nigeria only. Any shipments outside of Canada & US are not available at this time.
3. Pickup & Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays and business closed periods.
Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
The date or time for pickup may vary due to Studio hours, emergency events or business closed periods.

Upon confirmation of an order request, a pickup or delivery address will be provided in an emailed Pickup/Delivery Instructions package.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart proceed to the checkout page for Canada orders and contact our support team for international and US orders. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
